Ostarara: Cooking with Hatman.

Mrs. Clinton's Chocolate Chip Cookies edition.

WARNING: This is a sticky recipe.

Welcome to another tantalizing episode of Cooking with Hatman! Today we will be baking chocolate chip cookies, a là Mrs. Clinton style (she must have been making cookies while Mr. Clinton was making babies with Ms. Lewinsky, amirite?)

So, what we need for this is:

125 gram of dark chocolate (I'm using a bag of Hersey chocolate kisses we bought in America a few years back. And I swear it didn't expire in 2008.)
2 dl (120 grams) of all-round flour (not self raising :3)
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
A dash of salt
75 gram of butter
1/2 dl (50 grams) of granulated sugar
1 1/2 dl brown sugah (95 grams) (I fucking hate brown sugar, just look at this mess)
1/2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 egg
2 dl oatmeal (70 grams)

Ingredients

Chop up the chocolate and mix in the flour, baking soda and salt into a seperate bowl. Then you take the main bowl and mix the butter, all the different sugars and the egg. Then mix in the flour mix you made along with the oatmeal. Then, when it's all mixed and done, you add the chocolate.

Now, as I said this is very sticky:

Cookie

Now, Mrs.Clinton wants us to use two spoons to form the cookies with but fuck her. We'll be using our hands!

So, take a small piece of dough, roll it into a ball, then press it between your hands so we get a somewhat circular and flat piece of dough.

Tray of cookies

Now, I hope you've preheated the oven (175 degrees). Not doing so would be pure folly.

So, put in the cookies into your oven and wait 8-10 minutes. And while they are baking, clean the goddamn kitchen.

After 8-10 minutes, you not only have a sparkling clean kitchen, but also some delicious cookies!

Cookies

Don't they look delicious? And I even forgot two ingredients!

Enjoy your cookies! Hatman over and out!
